At Luxury Watch, we provide a 30-day window for returns and exchanges to ensure your timepiece meets our rigorous standards of excellence. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all protective films, tags, and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or visit our returns portal to submit a request and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Timepiece
Securely pack the watch in its original presentation box, including the warranty card, certificates of authenticity, and all manual booklets.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the prepaid insured shipping label provided by our concierge team to the exterior of the shipping carton to ensure a tracked delivery.
Inspection and Refund
Upon arrival, our master horologists will inspect the watch for quality assurance before we process your full refund or exchange within 5 business days.
